Personally i hate it not just cause you cannot quickscope but just the game all around. graphics, guns , knifing , all of that stuff. I cannot wait for the patches see what they can fix otherwise im just gonna play cod 4 or mw2 untill the next game comes out.

i dont like black ops but im over mw2 so i try and enjoy black ops

Yeh we know it sucks especially on PS3. Crap graphics, annoying knife, too many window campers etc

Lol has the players dropped from 600,000 to 200,000 already? MW2 has around 140,000 - 160,000 still at peak time, GMT that is.

I don't think this game is that bad, There are a few things they could change in order to make it better but I think it is alot better than MW2

i agree that the game did take some annoying things out of it that people on MW2 abused, but come one now. Obviously if different people are complaining about the same thing, then it's because it's true. Don't be a fan boy this game is not a upgrade or what MW2 should of been. To be honest it was a let down. The addiction some had towards call of dury faded. COD might be in it's last days as a top game now that infinity ward is gone. Treyarc will always be the B team. I lost my interest in the game. I look foward to respawn and EA games to see what FPS they make. Respawn aka Infinity ward. to me COD is dead

I agree that the graphics aren't really where they should be, but as far as knifing and campers go, that's not even an argument. The Commando lunging in MW2 was by far worse and campers... well, if you don't want campers than you should have never started playing COD, period. Camping has always been and will always be a part of FPS games.

Actually there was nearly 700,000 online on PS3 at one point last night so the game is still doing great.

To the answer the OP.. Do I think the game is overrated? No. But maybe that's because I didn't have crazy expectations for it to begin with.

Either way, I think it's a good game. I think Treyarch did a good job of trying to bring back an element of skill to the game that was lost in MW2 and they did a pretty good job. There are some framerate and lag issues that we're all well aware of, but for the most part the gameplay is fantastic and well-balanced.

I'm not disputing whether its got problems or not, i know it has problems, i have it on ps3 lol, my post would be different if i had it on Xbox. And because i prefer one game over another you automatically slap a fanboy sticker on me? You use that term too loosely. Anyway, i agree, it does seem that alot of people are beginning to lose interest in the series, me personally, i still have faith, but that's just my opinion, and you have yours, neither is right or wrong.
