I jumped at it and well luckily got in, Im still playing/in a lobby with him and at this moment he is taking to the game engineers about some of the things I will discuss below

Here is some of the info Ive collected so far:

Glitches:
-Our main focus of helpin him was to find out what was causing ps3 party's disbanning as well as the infinite load in lobbies.

-"This is something we are very aware of and takes alot more to fix expect it in a later patch" when asked about 45fps on ps3

- Snd in CT is for sure patched via 1.04

- The Snake's ss xp glitch is for sure patch via 1.04

Patches/Hotfixes:
-"with luck you will see the patch released around 2am PST" a direct quote from david himself

Exploits:
- he is using a program called PFetch to do something look into NGU I know you cna find something

- he is forcing host how I dont know Ill try and get it out of him

- he was amazed by the fact the if you clan tag is [*space*1*space*] could tell if you were host. I quote "this is not good this should not happen" end quote he then left and told his engineers of this issue instantly

Good Fixes:

- Leave with party now works fully

- kicking players will be tested soon by us to confirm here soon

Glitches we have discovered:

NOTE: these are not exploits

- taking 7 players into a groundwar and the other team having a splitscreen causes infinite loading

-when realizing the patch didnt help much Mr. Vonderhaar Replied with "Alright guys Im gonna go I have to call the CTO and let him know we're ****ed, If you guys are still around I send you an invite and we will look into some other stuff. Again guys thanks for the help I appreciate it."

- edit we have discovered that the xmb under certain circumstances can cause issues with joining games with parties

1) the game runs at 540p
2) the game runs at an average 45FPS

I can do nothingabout it but he seemed very upset by it

Make sure you tell them that my PS3 Freezes 99.99% of the time I try to go into a game, and it crashes my PS3, and make sure they know Court is coming if I get YLOD.

This si the issue we are working to resolve via this party he said it should be improved in the patch.

Does we think we are stupid? You can't patch that. Its part of the engine. It would take a whole re-write to do.

Maybe the FPS issue, but not the resolution.

Console hardware can't do more res without having a lower framerate.
45 FFP is simple.....

Engine due to adding all the stuff has to load more meaning framerate harder to keep up. So in order to keep the framerate high trey lowered the res just a bit on PS3.
They could get a better result but that would mean a complete rewrite of the engine and not enough time.

I guess btw i don't work for trey
