I have a similar glitch pretty much every game when I get to the Grim Reaper, my character will keep opening and closing the sight and sometimes the screen will just zoom in and out.

Black Ops bugs are total pro when they dont happen to you.

Same happened to me think it could be with just the grim reaper.should get fixed soon but there as so meny bugs and glitchs with this game it's a joke.
