Lets see what % of people bought it for the PS3. I for a fact know atleast 50% of the sales where from PS3 users. Did we get a discount for getting the crappy unfunctional game? No. We were all so hyped just to be let down by Treyarc. I mean we bought the same game that the X BOX 360 users did. Right? We paid the same price they did, i mean we should be getting the same quality they have, and the same gaming experience right? But we are not, we have lag issues, hit marker issues, connection issues, game freezes PS3. This game has the potential to break our precious gaming console. Are X Box 360 users complaining that the game is freezing their console? No they are not. Yet most PS3 users are facing these problems with the game. All of us are not just me! If the game would damage the PS3 hardware from so many shutdowns, i doubt Treyarc would take responsibility. My point is that it's been over a month now and we sence no urgency in Treyarc to fix these issues. Sure there has been hot fixes, but are to patch exploits and glitches we found. Sure makes you wonder what they care more about a stupid hack or our gaming experience? Latest patch failed! I mean without the PS3 users they would of not made no 256,000,000 million dollars on launch day. In order for there to be action we must petition and take drastic measures. Nothing will be changed if there's 400,000 players online everyday. We need to show them that as PS3 users we need to be treated equal, we make a big part of their revenue. We always get the short end of the stick, we have to stand as a community and stop this. it's not fair to us, we pay the same amount as everyone else and get a piece of $hit game. Not fair to all of us really isn't.

360 users please we want constructive criticism not a Fanboy reply which looks like this: "get a 360" that's not the point. And i'm sure 360 users would be upset if a game was fully functional on the ps3, but would make the 360 crash. This is not about console wars, but what is right. We deserve the same gaming experience.

well its not like xbox has had it perfectly either. the games were laggy for the first 3 weeks. many people bought the prestige or hardened edition and got ripped off because the game was stolen. yeah ps3 has bad problems but you didnt mention problems that xbox has that ps3 doesnt.

To be honest I haven't heard 360 users complain and I don't own a 360 but if that's the case treyarc is a big failure

if you hate it so much take it to gamestop and trade it in get half of your money back and buy a new game or if you dont like being second best with activison then go buy a 360 do you really think Activison cares that people hate BO or that PS3 users arn't treated right you all bought the game gave them thier money and MS bumped up their Online subscription so they can pay Activison... So your little stand you want to make will do nothing so stop your crying and go play MW2

Judging from your pictures your a 360 fan boy. And a small stand can become something big and change things are being done, but if no one ever steps up to the plate. Nothing will ever change, quit hating on ps3. Like i said this is about what's right not console wars. So please don't post anymore fanboy comments. Thank you

No hes not. He makes a good point because no matter what
PS3 users do, the game will ALWAYS be Superior to xbox. I am
not a 360 fan AT ALL but honestly if your sick of the HORRIBLE gameplay, lags, freezes, YLOD, suck it up and buy a 360 if you care so much because ITS NOT GOING TO CHANGE. What PS3 users need
is another game superior to PS3 and PS3 only, kinda like Halo on xbox. Im sure more people play that than COD itself. Look on the bright side, Uncharted 3 will be out soon, same with Killzone 3. I say **** CALL of DUTY!

No.
MW2 was the same on both consoles, it had nowhere near the lag that Black Ops has, it had better graphics and gameplay, never froze my PS3 etc
Once you buy a game and open it, you can't return it here in UK anyway. When PS3 users went to buy Black Ops, we didn't think it'd be a downgrade from MW, yes MW. Black Ops was supposed to be better than MW2 after the videos of the gameplay were shown.
I doubt more people play Halo, when's the last time you saw a Machinima director upload a Halo video since Black Ops came out?
They're all playing Black Ops for the majority of the time.

UC3 is out in like 11 months, MW3 will be out before it probably. Also Gran Turismo 5 is more fun than Black Ops if you have a G25, LittleBigPlanet2 is coming soon as well.

Why do you mention YLOD? It's not as big issue as RROD though.
