360 users please we want constructive criticism not a Fanboy reply which looks like this: "get a 360" that's not the point. And i'm sure 360 users would be upset if a game was fully functional on the ps3, but would make the 360 crash. This is not about console wars, but what is right. We deserve the same gaming experience.

Once you buy a game and open it, you can't return it here in UK anyway. When PS3 users went to buy Black Ops, we didn't think it'd be a downgrade from MW, yes MW. Black Ops was supposed to be better than MW2 after the videos of the gameplay were shown.
I doubt more people play Halo, when's the last time you saw a Machinima director upload a Halo video since Black Ops came out?

UC3 is out in like 11 months, MW3 will be out before it probably. Also Gran Turismo 5 is more fun than Black Ops if you have a G25, LittleBigPlanet2 is coming soon as well.
Why do you mention YLOD? It's not as big issue as RROD though.

I said YLOD because I see people whinning about this all the time.
Also, I do agree with you on MW2 to an extent but, it played fine on PS3. It seems this is more of a Treyarch problem. Because WaW did indeed run like garbage on PS3. Also Machinima, who gives a rat ass about them? All there videos are annoying commentaries.... I'm making a point that Black Ops or any COD will never be exacly like XBOX 360. Even MW2 got "Exclusive maps" over PS3 (not that it matters) And the connection was a HELL OF A LOT BETTER on 360, as well with the migration system. I know this because I use to play on 360 a little bit. And I mentioned Halo because that is indeed a huge game on 360, I mean how many people do you see camping out at gamestop for GT5? Yes I love that game, but many people are interested in shooters.

If sony would have made a contract with Activision you wouldnt be complaining then, youd just be telling 360 users to suck it up and buy a PS3. So its vice versa.

not much has changed since i posted this, i don't sence an urgency from treyarc. They just don't care about PS3 gamers. Their patches have all fail and made things worse. And it seems like they can careless about the petition and our pleads. But atleast i know in the future not to anticipate another game from Treyarc!

No, there are freaking people playing MW still. You don't see anyone playing halo 1. Halo also is well behind black ops in sales.
