Xbox Tutorial:
This does NOT require another Controller like shown in the Video
First you must be a level 50 to prestige (obviously)
All you need to do is be in an Xboxlive Party

They Patched it for the ps3, all you had to do is have another person hosting the party, you had to be level 50 online too. you would go to your playercard then the host would change lobby and prestige mode should be unlocked.
