Subtle means "So slight as to be difficult to detect or describe", so either 3ARC was under-reacting, or it's all in our heads that it's back :p

LOL.. half of those shots were way off the target. It's not fixed, and as far as I know the only way to quickscope normally is with the IR Scope.
