You know how a hot fix works RIGHT well if you do it like messes with the patch so if we can get something to act like a hotfix which would be like a MOdded Hotfix and im trying to see if thats possible

I'm thinking only the server admins over at treyarch can put out hotfixes.

Unless you have direct access to there SERVERS with full admin access and a MODDED yet SIGNED hot fix this will not work. You would need to be HARDISON from LEVERAGE to pull this off ...LOL
