So I recently update black ops today as I was away on holiday and within 5 Minutes of updating to this patch my ps3 started Fu**ing up :/ the first thing that happend was my ps3 crashed straight after my first game online so I tied to eject the disc then there was a Loud noise and the game woulnt eject ? Even tho the ps3 was and has been working perfect. The so I took my ps3 apart as I have done may times I no what I'm doing so I got the game out. When I now try and sign into psn I get a error when I launch any game I get a Error the disc tray won't even accept games even tho it is perfectly fine I have checked on my 3.41 jus swapped the blue ray drives about. I think there must be a bug inside the update for black ops or something cos my ps3 was working perfect till I updated and also my Internet went all slow and I could only find 1 game after I updated after about 10 tries :/ ? Anybody Tha had had this problem and could help would be appreciated thanks

I'm not gonna leave black ops stuck inside my ps3 lol. My ps3 was already open anyway before this patch anyway so it wouldn't have matterd me going in to get black ops out Do you no if this has happend to anyone else ? :/

Its his ps3. he can do anything with it. once u bought it, its urs. U can do anything with it. PS3 does everything.

The patch would affect the Blu-ray drive how? Why are Activision targeting only you? Don't you think that this is just coincidence? Maybe the drive was already on it's way out, seeing as you have; "The so I took my ps3 apart as I have done may times I no what I'm doing so I got the game out."

Lets face it, your PS3 is goosed, there is nothing you can do about it as you have taken the bloody thing apart. New console needed.

Yes, you can do anything you want with it; IF you are not too fussed about warranty repairs, exchanges etc. Read the T&C's of use.

It was 100% this patch. Yes I did take my ps3 apart. But as I've said before but I knew what is was doing 100% :L. My ps3 was workin perfectly untill this patch and people have had problems with this update to not just me

I think maybe ejecting the disc rather than turning your ps3 off when it froze probably contributed to it ****ing up....

I don't think that ejecting the disc is gonna make a big difference since it signed my out psn and I quit game and was on xmb so I dont think it would have made any difference at all
