this wasn't my video but it's showing you the basic idea of getting up there after the patch getting a crawler to hit you on the side of the rail on the first or second step on the stairs, the crawler also has to be at the top of the stairs to hit you up, in the video this noob is saying that you can do it dolphin diving aswell.
