I am Not sure anyone can get this working if you can then quote me and tell me what everyone doing wrong but , My Theory .

DigitalGodz : Has A video where its on a new account level 1 prestige 1 , so it might only work from going from this , as no one i know can get it workign if you prestige or leveled up already
