Its actually very simple to do and sadly has been posted here before. This occurs do to lag and will work I believe only on nuketown. It requires the glitch where when you die you body falls through the ground. When this is occuring you simply have to call in an RC-XD and drive it into a wall and itll go through.

Some people say it is required that you call it in from from higher ground ie the bed in the video and some say you need to drive it under the bus or moving truck first.

I personally have just called it in,if and only if my body and care packages fall through the ground, and drive it through walls.

No worries the video itself hasnt been posted but the glitch itself has. At least now you know what caused it I have not been able to confirm whether or not this "works" on other maps. But this leads me to believe that cause of this the RC Barrier Breaker works.
