Since the modchip is upgradable you can upgrade it to the higher payload. Once you do that you can go to brewology.com and donwload the black ops patch for your system and put it on your flash drive. then you just plug in and you can instal it once you do the jailbreak. As long as you have the new update on the modchip you can install a patch, or a map pack right to your system.
no you need a debuged param.sfo file because the param tells the ps3 that you can only run it on 3.50 or higher so ive got a debuged 1 and im going to start looking around

The decryption key isn't going to just be there like the code "themarlin", it is going to be in function form where it encrypts bytes and anyone who doesnt understand that stuff isnt going to be able to mod. After this there is decompression of course but that's a different matter. This function is in the eboot.bin/one if the self's since the ff's are encrypted. But once u have decrypted them you can run them on 3.41 jb. but if you want to run it online you will have to compress them and encrypt them. But the encryption key is going to be different than the decryption key reversed, I think.
The way to run it on 3.41 is using a debuged param.sfo. Im not saying the RSA is just going to be there i no it isnt im saying that its going to help alot if we have a look because there is key information is on the disk
