"First Strike" will be released on Xbox Live on February 1, 2011 -- as a timed exclusive, so give it about a month if you want it on another platform. The pack includes four competitive maps: "Discovery," based on the Reznov mission and taking place in an Antarctic research station; "Kowloon" set in, of course, Kowloon, this time on rooftops; "Berlin Wall," a fight at Checkpoint Charlie; and "Stadium," set in an American hockey rink. It also includes a Zombie map, "Ascension."

The DLC will sell for 1200 Microsoft Points ($15), the customary Call of Duty map pack price point.

nice info, but another snow covered map won't look fresh IMO.

I'm not paying for them. I expected that they would also add game modes, such as war.

If they were to add new game modes, which im pretty sure they will do, they will be free via an update. Its a map pack, not a new game they're selling.

Remember MW2's map packs? 4 maps for 15$ while with this we're also getting an additional zombies map. Also I knew this was to be expected but do we seriously need 500 threads about the new map pack?
