As many of you have heard Treyarc is going to release new map packs next year on February 1st. And they will be coming out for the 360 first, since they have exclusive rights.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but Microsoft has a contract with Activision until 2013. And that contract states that 360 will get download content exclusively first. Meaning PS3 users, although there have been issues with the online gaming you will not get them first. Perhaps that’s why 360 had a double XP day and not PS3. So PS3 users if you want to buy the map packs you might have to wait a month or two.

Well like I said I have and idea for the map packs. Since for me most first person shooters have become generic. I am more excited about the zombie map. Well unfortunately I own a PS3 and like I said the online feels the same as all the other COD. Except this one freezes and lags a lot.

Anyways I am really into the zombie game and want to beat my previous rounds. And well my idea for the map pack is that they sell two separate packs perhaps 3 map packs.
~~~One that contains everything, one that contains only the multiplayer maps and one with only the zombie map.
~~The prices can vary too, we know that the map pack with everything is going to cost $15.00 so the two separate should run us around 6.99 for zombies and 7.99 for multiplayer. Do you guys think that’s a good idea? I know some people don’t play zombies and a lot of PS3 gamers have opted to not play online, except for zombies.
