Now, many people here may of been thrown off of QS'ing and sniping all together because of Treyyarch thinking it is "a cheap way to play" But I have a few tips for you guys Winky Winky

Class No.1
L96 A1 Variable Zoom
Python Duel Wield
Lightweight pro/ hardline
Steady Aim/Scout
Marathon

I find the best perks are Lightweight pro, Steady Aim and Marathon, with these you can be agile and run about alot, making sure you can be fast with a sniper is a key element in this game.
Below are 2 clips before the 1.04 update using the perks:

Hardline pro
Steady Aim
Marathon

[ame=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hx7EcLwps2g]YouTube - Mk_-Epic - Black Ops Game Clip[/ame]
(Both videos are done by me.)

This shows you that a sniper can be an effective weapon while Qs'ing, now especially since the update reduced the sway.

People think ghost is a good perk to use while sniping, I think it is a bad idea, with hardline you can get that spy plane in the air with only 2 kills and send back the bad care packages. With lightweight you can be faster then normal and get those kills in, with pro you can also jump off anything and go for those amazingly lucky shot Winky Winky

Update:
The Below 2 videos are on patch 1.02/3 so this is with the sway, they are done using
Lightweight Pro
Steady Aim
Marathon

This shows that Lightweight can help moving faster and getting those kills in those tight situations.

Class No.2
L96 A1 Acog Scope
M1911 Ext.Mags
Lightweight
Steady Aim
Marathon

Acog is more accurate when scoping in, I tried it earlier in combat training as this is how I practice (try it it is the best way to learn)
Please try my methods of sniping and tell me how you get one.

Here is one clip of the Acog in action, only 4 shots buts shows it is accurate as they are all first shot. The last kill is a collateral is you are un sure.
;2132435']I dont know why but i prefer to use no attachments on my L96A1 it makes me better.
Surely you should just use Ext. Mags then? Just increase the clip size but keep the original sight.

I would recommend Flak Jacket. :y:
It saves me from every Claymore, Grenade, Napalm Strike, and RC-XD.

It is a perk I never got around to buying, so I haven't tried it but I need Lightweight on my sniper now, just that extra movement speed. It helps so much

Most people never use it, from what I see. (Character Appearance)
I hate dying by random semtex and claymores.

Movement speed is always a plus :y:
If you start dying a lot by the things I listed, you might wanna try out Flak Jacket.

You should see me in action with the L96 A1 Ext Mags, about 58% accuracy with it on combat training I am practicing

Lol at the people thinking quickscoping takes skill. I remember the first time i learned how to time two button presses. It doesnt take as much skill as everyone believes nor does it give you a big advantage in the game. It might save you once or twice in a game but other than that its useless unless your trolling scrubs for a youtube video.

It actually doesn't take as much skill as it use to in the other CoDs (not MW2.) Since you could CLEARLY miss the shio and still hit someone like in your first video. One of the shots was clearly off. It really comes down to luck now.

In the first video are you talking about the guy up on the scaffolding? I knew the gun had sway so I aimed near him knowing the bullet would fly in the other direction.
