The Galil might have a great accuracy and I was gonna mention it but it does have a kick if fired auto and he asked for something which is close to the ACR which had no recoil no matter how you shot.

Has to the Commando. It has virtually no recoil, and is a bit on the weak side, just like the ACR.

commando has quite a bit of recoil compared to some other guns i would say it between
Famas-very little recoil and fairly strong
Aug-fast shot and no recoil
galil-iron sight is a pain but very accurate at a long distance

There isnt one to be honest. All of the guns in BO are balanced fairly well. The ACR had little recoil with low damage but the fire rate made up for it. Every gun in black ops experiences some recoil. So you cant really find a gun that mimics the ACR. The commando is a precurser for the M4 so its nothing like the ACR. Although the ACR uses the same barrel and rear sights as both the m4 and the m16. Then again the ACR is designed to use multiple barrel types. I can suggest that the galil, ak47, commando, and g11 are the top assault rifles. Famas is good but galil is better.

i have not really used the acr that much but did go back to mw2 to get a feel for it and went back to blk ops to see witch felt like it, i came to this, cammando might be but it shakes left and right, but most has been said by Devilreapr some post above, also the kiparis recoil is like shoot'n up then left.
