I would imagen so since it is taking advantage of a glitch in the game.
But unlikely because no one would report you if you doing it with friends and as long as you dont get to high up in the levels no A-hole person will report you for being 15th prestige or what ever

I dont think you lose you trophies and your save points on the champain or what ever everything stays it just comes up with a pop up message saying you can play online because your bannded when you click on the play online button.

Ah, good news, we always stick below 9500 anyway =D if you go over 9500 your XP doesn't stick anyway :/
