OK, here it comes, the moment of truth!
STEP 1. Find someone in your region!
STEP 2. Ask them what edition of Black Ops they got!
STEP 3. If its hardened or prestige NAG NAG NAG them till they give you the maps!
STEP 4. Log into their account and download the maps!
STEP 5. Play the maps!
Or, the way to use money!
STEP 1. Buy an XBOX 360! /facepalm
STEP 2. Hack it and get the maps! /facepalm
There you go, the two best ways to get the maps.
