This is on PS3. Can anyone confirim this. I ask cause if this is true just gonna start another account asap. Thanks

If I were you, I'd make another account and do the same thing back now that you know. And generally, if you were banned, a message would show up when you go to play online. And Treyarch never contacts you through online messages, its always through email.
