If you hardscope you're bad? You must be really dumb. And a good quickscoper doesnt miss 2-3 shots before actually hitting the person. If you're opponent isn't a bad player then you will most likely be dead before you even get to aim for your second or third shot. If a person is across the map from me Im not gonna try to quickscope them and be unsure if I'm actually going to hit him, im gonna scope in all the way and hardscope him. Sure in private matches with your friends you can make it a rule to not hardscope but in public games, you'd be an idiot trying to quickscope every single time.

use a real gun, quickscoping is for fags
