Post: Ps3 Possible Way of getting b/o on 3.41 [simple]

idk if it works just wondering if anyone knows or if u want to try it my 3.41 got YLOD but getting another one.
let me know if this works if i dont check this form send me a message on ps3 tylerc10 im on most of the time thxx
also i know u cant play on the 3.41 if im correct but if this method does work then its kinda a trial and error bc u have to data transfer all the way back to 3.55 and if u have a lot of stuff then it could take like 1 or two hours and after that u might get the black screen error the u would have to reapeat all these steps again until u dont have a error and it works
data transfer requires a ethernet cable
3.41 ps3
3.55 ps3 with current b/o patch

Even if you could do this it wouldnt work. The patch that you have on 3.55 still has the param at 3.50 and the eboot would be retail which wouldnt work on 3.41. So you actually its just as if you bought the game and installed the patch on 3.41, so it wouldnt work.

Wrong, all you have to do is edit eBoot.dat and make it 3.41.
