We are requesting a full refund for Call of Duty Black Ops! Or some type of compensation! Most PS3 users would even be grateful for free map pack!

Thank You…
Sincerely,

COD BO PS3 Owners

It seems so me that alot of this people are not happy. As a PS3 user, this doesn't really affect me. But you guys discuss.

Maggbot timeout!
TBH I would have thought it would have been more like 90,000 ppl that would have signed the petition, considering how hard Black Ops fails on ps3

Yeah, I moaned quite a bit about MW2 in the past but now I play it more than BO. Ive had the game since release and Im only level 31, no prestige, and I highly doubt I ever will reach a prestige.

First off they need to make their networking a little more friendly for those who don't have good internet connections as I can't even play a game because of all the new server side shit, without lagging, where as for the other COD's I have no problem(usually).

I don't think I will ever stop playing COD4 as COD's get worse and worse.

Greatness
I might end up requesting a full refund as the product does not reach the specification it was advertised for, online play has become unplayable for some users so therefore they have bought a product and it does not do what it was advertised for. Meaning legally you can get a full refund.

Read my post in your thread, as long as you can actually connect to a game, it's still legally playable

Obviously nothing will happen with 9,000. There are MILLIONS of people who have brought Black Ops and on PS3 roughly 450,000 people are online on Black Ops at this very moment, which is pretty much how it always is.
I will be VERY suprised if these people do get a refund or something similar, I have brought a few games which I regret buying but I can't just and return it to the developers and expect a refund.
This is why you can rent games and download demos (though I don't think theres a demo on PS3 for Black Ops yet), so you don't waste your money when you're not satisfied with a game you have purchased.

I find it funny how loads have bad connection and are lagging on ps3 when playing Black Ops. Since my broadband is Sky I simiply phoned them and they offered to boost my download speed, for free, which they did... ALOT, and I have been able to play Black Ops on my ps3 perfectly ever since.
