1st you need juggernogg

2nd you need to have a crawler
3rd ok now you need to go to where the rail(where the "patched" Winky Winky

glitch use to be) is at and northwest from that is the barricade you need to open it
4th go on the left hand side of that and get in the middle of those computer things
5th have a zombie hit you up youll land an a barrier
6th you have to get hit up again except this time youll move towards the computers and then if you did it correctly you should be up there Claps

o yeaa and this is in the defcon room
