Yer good point but in MW2 if you called in a harrier left the game then joined again (from your friend being in the game) it would kill the enemy team but wouldn't know who to give the kill to...:whistle:

This happens when a player disconnects or leave the game when you go down into 2nd chance, i think anyway.
The vid you posted someone left the game when he was in 2nd chance.

It's not a glitch. It happens when the person who downs you disconnects. If you watch carefully as soon as he gets downed someone leaves the game, obviously the person who downed him.
The reason this happens is because the person who downed you has left. Because they're no longer in the game, they can't get the kill. It's just the way Treyarch have set it up
