step 1: get a crawler
step 2 : buy quick revive
step 3: lose that first quick revive
step 4: buy another quick revive get hit by crawler and jump at the same time he hits you
step 5: when you on top of machine buy it for the third and final time and when the quick revive machine it shaking it will teleport and u fall into a never endding pit

note: i dont know if this been posted but still works

If u play on solo u can buy the Quick Revive 2 times, so just get an crawler, get ontop of the quick revive, get downed , buy quick revive again get downed again and buy quick revive again, and tadaa ure under the map :-)
