If you wanna do it with a jailbroken ps3, you have to buy a new ps3 on 3.41 and then jailbrake it. Or just buy PSdowngrade and a PSjailbreak, but to downgrade it it must on 3.50 or 3.42.

You dont need to buy a downgrader, if you have a decent Jailbreaking device you should be able to flash the .HeX on to it then do it from that. As its open source.

Because it is not activated, it will not allow you to use it.

You need to log in to someone psn and activate it
