I dont think they are failing. I think people are complaining way to much about every little thing they dont like (minus the actual issues).

flak jacket is such a gay perk even at its normal stage it reduces every far to much, but i dunno what eles they have nerfed as ive not played since xmas day

RPG already sucks so if you have Flak jacket its like nothing not even a bloody screen
