I also heard there was a glitch that made it so when you are reset, you can undo that and return to the rank you were before you were reset

what I'm getting from this is you want to bypass, then do the prestige glitch? if that's your plan, it won't work because it doesn't allow you on multiplayer, it just loads forever.
