How to do the glitch....
1. Buy Quick Revive 2 times.
2. Buy Juggernaut.
3. Find a crawler, let him follow you to the Quick Revive machine, then let the crawler hit you once and at the same time jump backwards on top of the Quick Revive machine.
4. Once your on top of the Quick Revive Machine, crouch and buy the last Quick Revive. (Kill the crawler)
5. Then you will fly down with the Quick Revive Machine , and be under Kino Der Toten.
