-made it to 40+
-american with good connection

note:i just need one person. i made it to 41 on my current account and 45 on my other. my other account it japanese and for some reason black ops servers keep throwing me in with japanese people which gives me or them 2 bars depending on whose host. once you add me ill give you 15 minutes to clear all distractions and get comfy.
