Well as Forsaken pointed out to me,
It's an script, made of C++, which you suppose to put in your patch_mp.ff.

So i'm learning how to put it onto my xbox so i can always have a blackbird in-game. So no it's not just press right on the d-pad and you always have a blackbird there are things you have to do with this script in order to get it to work, you understand now?

i understood anyway lmao.
otherwise there would of been a bind code in there somwhere >.<
