Yes this map is correct, since I always do it in demo. Where the greens are on this map is the easiest side to spawn trap because of the narrow routes.

I have slightly different spots on summit, but the firing range defense helped. It would also be beneficial if you were to discuss what happens when different bombs are blown up. On firing range for example, if the B bomb is blown, that spawn right next to that bomb now becomes active.
Still to date, Jungle seems to be the best map for me.

i think u mean takes u 12hours to prestige right?

I did alot of it on Mw2 and Cod5 but not much on black ops
