Black Ops is very different from MW2, in good and bad ways, but one thing that varies from every game is the guns, and what you can do with the guns. So I thought, why don't we have people post some of there favorite guns/attachments, and why they may help other players:

My Favorites:
I have 2 favorite guns.

AK74u - For some reason, this gun is just so nice! It is available at lower levels (this is helpful to people who like the Ak47, which is unlocked at a later level) and works well with almost any attachment.

Famas - Extended Mags; It is just a really good gun, now that it is fully automatic. Although it does take a few more shots than others to kill, it has a very fast FPS and the iron sights are easy to shoot people with.

So post below, what is your favorite gun?

I don't see how u can compare the AK47u and the UMP45.
The UMP45 was not a over powered gun it has the same stats as the Scar but scar has less recoil The tar has same damage but higher fire rate and easy to control recoil making it a better gun, the RPD could kill in 2 bullets at any range with almost no recoil so the UMP was just a normal gun and def not the easiest gun to use.

But the AK74u is the easyest in the game to use i agree with that.

I love the dual wield Skorpions, it's actually pretty decent.

It just gives me so much pleasure killing those little AK-74U **** bitches with it.

i use the ak74u and ak47 because before the game had videos, there were gun lists, and since i am a big fan of the AK series of guns because they look real nice as well as they are the symbol of freedom fighting, like all other war games i play, i chose to use the ak47 and 74u as my weapon of choice. sadly the ak74u was made as an smg in this game (actually its an AR) it made it unbalanced in comparison to the other smgs. it gives you the strength and clip size and iron sights of an AR but mobility of an smg for being in the smg class. and to top that they gave you a grip option and rapid fire (rapid fire being fake in real life for an ak74, and grip being very un used) which caused it to be a lot better then it actually is. so in my opinion it isnt a OP'd gun but it is in the wrong class with OP'd attachments. what it should have been was in the AR section, without a grip and without rapid fire and it wouldn't be as OP'd as people call it. also it has a noobtube attachment, and what are the only guns that have noobtube attachments? oh yah AR's.

also its pathetic that the made it without a stock on the end of the gun trying to make it look more like an smg, when real AKs74Us have stocks on it.
