1. Throw Your Tactical Grenades all away
2. Throw A Grenade Against Any Wall or on the ground
3. Press L2 or LB To Throw A Tactical While Standing Over The Grenade

You have to keep standing on the nade, but with Flak Jacket you can stand on it and not die when it explodes, You best class should be
Primary: Any
Secondary:Any
Equipment: Any
Tac: Any
Lethal: Frag
Perk 1:Flak Jacket
Perk 2: Warlord PRO
Perk 3: Any
