So yeah title says it all really....
Too long; didn't read:
You will only be allowed to be revived once.
If you shoot somebody who falls into Second Chance, you will get the kill.
If you finish off the person in Second Chance, you will also get an assist.
They will re-tune the re-center speed on the AK47u.
The RC Car will have its speed or damage radius reduced.

The ak74 is not overpowered seriously, now the combination with someone with good gun skill and the ak74 is good, but you put that gun in a scrubs hands they cant do sh@$. Im tired of hearing its OP, they are nerfing it for no reason. Also hate playing online and hearing, "oh you tryhard you use the ak74, your bad use a real gun"
