1. jailbreak your ps3 (cant use CFW yet cos ftp isnt signed)
2. install ftp app
3. locate game folder and replace the existing eboot.bin and .self
4. enjoy
mods included
DOUBLE JUMP HEIGHT
NO FALL DAMAGE
RED CROSS HAIRS
ENABLE DEVCHEATS (not sure what this does??)
SUPER HEALTH REGENERATOR (dont tink this works in zombies)
SUPER SPEED
BULLET PENETRATION
SUPER MELEE
MONEY MULTIPLIER (think its protected)
I have released this as im now stuck and the more people see it to help the better
I need help with removing cheat protection on the eboot.bin of BO, I have modded the eboot.bin and the t5ps3.self by analysing offsets of dvars in IDA pro then editing in hex, the problem being some of the dvars (money,health and ammo) are cheat protected and regardless of any edits they do not stick What I need to know is can anyone help locate the offsets of the NOP values, NOP'in basically means "no operation" and it involves replacing actual operating hex values with instances of '60 00 00 00' in order to disable it then you can edit the relevant files and it should work, Iv followed a 360 guide on s7ins from lumberstoan but the offsets for ps3 are different so if anyone can guide me to finding correct offsets that would be great

You have gotten this far then??? many many people said the similar about PSJB will not allow to run challenge lobbies etc but soon as a few of us got ours and BUC converted the patch it worked straight away,
I know its a different scenario and i do understand what you are saying but if we dont try we will never get it working or figure a way to learn something new, Im not arguing just try be more constructive n if you have already done it post your results

If you really want to make CL's on 3.55 FW, you will need a CFW that allows you to jailbreak on 3.55. Then we won't have to worry about all this signed FTP server crap. Someone just needs to take the internals of 3.41 FW and and sign them as 3.55.

Yeah not just CL`s mods in general are cool, infections gametypes etc

I have located DVARS , "FLTxxxx" are floating points which need to be calculated and "R4%0" are ON oFF (38 80 00 00) - change last two numbers 00 OFF- 01 ON , I have edited them they all worked apart from the cheat protected ones ,
changing these make no difference like GOD MODE , INF AMMO ect.
the only way im told is to NOP them , which is changing them to 60 00 00 00 , i have also tried this with no luck!!!!!
has anyone else got GOD MODE working or INF AMMO , if you answered YES then Please
