mw2 just added a little extra.

the revolution started with COD 4 mw, for consoles anyway.

without that the franchise could of easily died.

i've been around a while and this genre owes a whole load to SOF.

that was the real revolution.

Black ops is slower then MW2 with less BS.
Which is better if you want a faster game MW2 if you think MW2 was too fast then BO.

MW2 Gets the vote for me, i got hooked to that game, unlike black ops.

MW2 is a more polished game graphically and until B.O. came out I think we all took that for granted. MW2 kept you entertained or at least me up until B.O. came out with B.O. since all you have to do if buy stuff I think it's kinda un-challenging. B.O. is a good game but I could see how some people might be bored of it already I AM NOT but I could see how some are. MW2 ran better and looked better however the big upside to B.O. is that 3ARC actually cares about the game and want people to have a good experience MAYBE A LITTLE TO MUCH but they care. I liked IW as a studio they were very talented I think Activision F' everything up with that said I would like THE REAL IW or shall we call them RESPAWN ENT. to redeem themselves because with all of MW2 faults it was still a good game soo IMAGINE WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN so to answer your question MW2 was a better game in my eyes. :hitman:

I still favor MW2. I enjoy black ops at times but I don't play it like I did MW2

MW2 was, and probably still would be a better game if not for Activision. This is the same reason Black Ops will turn into a complete fail. They push yearly deadlines on developers, which isn't good for any game. I give Black Ops a month or 2 after the map pack release and then you will hardly ever see patches, hotfix's, or updates, if any at all. Hopefully Respawn does in fact fight for the MW title in their court battle with Activision like it is rumored, this would delay development on MW3, possibly extending the support for Black Ops, and most importantly bring the MW title back to the studio who made the game great, Respawn Entertainment (Infinity Ward).

That is the biggest fail of a post I have ever read.

Black Ops more balanced, and fun at the start, got boring fast.
MW2 unbalanced, much more addictive, very infuriating.
