I make sure every time that I don't have anything downloading. I have locale only on, Open NAT, and a Linksys Wireless G router. Prestige also may contribute to this fact. Signal Strength is about 91-98%.

It's seriously pissing me off that I shoot someone from behind for about 10 shots, then he shoots me 2 TIMES AFTER SPINNING AROUND.

Sorry if this a rant, I just want to know if it's happening to everybody or is it just me.

I connect through 2 wireless routers, average 3-4 bars connection, and a moderate NAT type. I have no problem getting games with 20 - 30+ kills and under 10 deaths. Never once did it take me 10 shots to kill anyone? Even during games so full of lag it looked like we were all playing hop scotch.
