Ok well the reason why I'm interested is because I glitched out of the elevator at FIVE by using the Start + Triangle method. It worked great on Tuesday when we tried it but when we tried it yesterday we were having a little trouble but nothing too out of the ordinary. Then all of a sudden I realized my brother had turned down the sensitivity so I changed it back to 10. Now all of a sudden when I hit Start the Triangle friends list option is gone! It still worked for my friend so I told him not to change his sensitivity. Then he had to go.
Will I still be able to get out of the elevator with the Start + Triangle method if my friend is host and does it?
Or do I need someone who has an actual lag switch?
Host needs to do it, so yes. They are the one creating the lag for everyone else, allowing the others to lag into the "elevator shaft". You could do this very easily with net tools as well though, just so you know in case you are ever host.

5. Net Tools doesn't have that much lag.
6. Too much LAG will end in a HOST Migration.
7. on the Killcam they see me going to them and killing them WHILE Their character is just Frozen
Not trying to argue with you, but yes YOU do lag. They do "stand still" because YOU are lagging and not receiving the game packets. Why do you think the game appears like everything is stopped except you? What you see on your screen is NOT what they see on theirs. They will see YOU standing still, while everything else appears as normal, then the second you stop lagging, poof, you vanish on their screen because you send/receive the packets for the game again. Next thing they know, they die... for no apparent reason. If they are lucky to get a head shot on you the moment you start to lag, once you hit your switch again and stop the lag, you will die about 5-10 seconds later without even being shot once the lag catches up (packets you missed are resent).
