heres a theory, using a jb ps3 on 3.41 to transfer the modded self to ps3 then data transfer to jb 3.55 (modded CFW) and keep edited selfs?

The two guys before me dont know what they are talking about. The CFW that Geohot released will allow us to install signed packages onto our PS3's. Eventually a FTP server will be signed and then we can install allowing us to copy files onto our PS3. So when someone edits the Black Ops patch then we simply use the FTP server to copy it over to our PS3's then we play.

not sure but i think you need a backup manager to have it because u need back up manger for 3.41 idk i can be wrong

The GameOS has been cracked so we need a .self decrypting program to use on Black Ops' retail .self files as we can't run debug ones..
