What does this mean?
1)Means that it is a soft jailbreak and has nothing to do with the kernel so any packages that were designed for 3.41 wont work.
2)But, new packages are going to be popping such as this File Manager

2) Modded Patch for Black-Ops does not exist currently for ps3. once it does its just copy over.
