That disables 2 achievements. But you want those achievements to get 1000G? Well now you can!

Firstly you must extract YOUR black ops GPD from your profile (Search on NGU for a good tut!)

Then open it in a GPD editor. I recommend Xero (Google it :rolleyes

Then in the second box look for

    set bg_collectibles

Underneath that code you should see a bunch of 0's and 1's
Simply hightlight all the numbers in the quotation marks ("000000000111111111111111111111111111111111111")

Delete them and in the quotation marks put

    0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

And then put your account back onto your xbox (After Rehashing and resigning blah blah blah) and BOOM
Intel's are locked again
