If you already tried that you should have said that in the OP. The more info you give the easier it is for someone to help you.
Treyarch probably won't tell you anything helpful, but you never know. I have seen posts on callofduty.com from moderators telling others with similar problems as you to contact support. You never know unless you try it! Good luck!
You could also try contacting your ISP. A friend of mine did this to get his NAT opened. They had to forward the ports for him. I know you said your NAT was already open, it's just another thought.
