i have always kept the default spy plane/care package/attack chopper which i think is great. as for a choice between levels:

3 kill - spy plane vs rcxd
i'd go spy plane. rcxd leaves your player defenceless while your driving around looking for the enemy and you'd be lucky to get a multi kill. spyplane lasts longer (unless shot down) and you get to see where the enemy is which helps you get to your next kill streak.

4 kill - counter spyplane vs sam turret
spy plane & counter spy go hand in hand as a good early combo but a sam it's probably the safer option. it can shoot down enemy spy planes, choppers, valkyries and incoming carepackages.

5 kill - care package vs napalm strike
i'd go care package, you could get anything here plus if you've got hardline pre you get a second choice. nalpalm is good to lock the enemy in their spawn for a short while.

6 kill - sentry gun vs motar team
sentry gun if placed well is a beast. place a claymore behind it for protection too if needed. mortor team can work well with a spyplane or blackbird.

7 kill - attack helicopter vs valkyrie rockets
rockets are kinda like rcxd 2.0 as they leave you defenceless while your flying them so the attack helicopter is my choice here, you should usually get a few kills before it leaves or gets shot down.

8 kill - blackbird vs rolling thunder
similar to 3 kill streak, you've got a one chance strike at a multi kill which wont work towards any higher kill streak rewards or bring in the blackbirds radar. blackbird is my pick here.

11 kills - attack dogs vs gunship
depends on the map. open maps favour the gunship as it's easier to pick off targets with less buildings to hide in. i'd say dogs are better as they go in and out of buildings plus if the enemy is concentrating on shooting at the dogs you can concentrate on shooting at them.

so that's my thoughts, what's everyone elses?

Eh...Normall SPY PLANE/CARE PACKAGE/BLACKBIRD...Or i replace care package with Dogs or chooper gunner

yeah i hate last chance the most but i find you get more kills with a less killstreak span because u get 7 kills then if u die u can jus get the killstreaks again easily. sometimes i use care package instead of counter spy plane.

Black Bird i always keep that on no mattter what.

Spy Plane - Find Enemies
Napalm Strike - Burn them down (this goes combined with spy plane to get their actual postition)
Rolling Thunder - Kill'em absolute them all but I also try to get a friend's Spy Plane so I can get their position without making a mistake.

Now that I see your comparison I believe I will make a change on them.
