you could download an unmodded patch and just change them to the normal patches when you want to go online and the moddedd patches when you want to play modded zombies.

this didnt work for me wither

I had the exact same problem, but I backed up the files I replaced when I modded. Once I wanted to play online I just FTPed them back onto my PS3.
If you need a copy of those 3 original 10.5 files 'll post them

idk but I can play fine with the modded .selfs.

All I did was downloaded a legit 1.05 patch pkg file and installed it with the package installer. I did not delete anything. Your waw maps even stay active. If you are doing mods then I assume you are running CFW 3.55.
