1.make sure you have the patch on

2.go into the theater seats and find the billboard

3.run and Dolphin Dive and if its works it should launch you ontop of it

4.Jump onto the 2nd Floor

3.Have fun

There's another way. Jump off the stage onto the broken chandelier on the ground and you will get on top of it. Then jump over to the other set of seats and then jump onto the broken wood and you can get up there....
