I'm pretty sure you would go on with the 1.03 patch, get reset, get to level 50 on CT, switch to 1.02 and get reset upon going online again. It's not worth wasting 5-7 hours of your day playing combat training though. Just wait for CL's?

you only get reset once, if you go to 1.03 youll get rest or 1.02 youll get rest but if you switch from one to the other you will not get reset and im pretty sure 1.03 CT doesnt work no more

It took me 5 hours time playing TDM. Only 20 games. It really can be done in two to three days no sweat.
