Just make sure you start in a theatre lobby. Then the person that is switching between player match and theatre does it as fast as he can and until he gets a loading screen as well. After that just follow the rest of the steps
Hope this helps... Because it did for me. I ran into problems at first but then did it his way and it worked everytime... And make sure when you back out to go to local you do it fairly quickly to get to the gold came before the error message comes up.
