With the recent First Strike DLC trailer that was released earlier today, people have been noticing something very odd.

At the beginning of the trailer as it scrolls past through a list of things, if you stop and look you can see Perks/Killstreaks.

Could this possibly mean that perks/killstreaks will be available as DLC? I think everyone certainly hopes not as it would make the price of the DLC jump up by a certain amount. The DLC is already expensive. If Treyarch is smart on this, they will just release it for FREE, the ancient word.

This will be classified as a rumor so don't panic just yet.

That was just new killstreaks / perks for the Black Ops Multiplayer itself, not the DLC.

Yes correct. It requires Prestige 30 Level 86 to use.

I head it's a negative killstreak. You have to go 0-25 to use it. You throw it, but instead of a carepackage it's a pokeball, and then an articuno comes from the sky freezing everybody except you.
